Our self-expression coaching gives neurodivergent individuals the tools and confidence to communicate authentically.
Overview
The foundation of strong communication is self-awareness. Neurodivergent young people thrive when they learn to recognize their needs, express preferences clearly, and build confidence in self-advocacy. Developing emotional vocabulary and communication skills reduces misunderstandings and strengthens relationships — at school, at work, and in daily life.
Content
Identifying personal needs: Recognizing when they need clarity, support, or space.
Self-advocacy: Learning how to communicate their learning style, sensory preferences, or social needs to peers, teachers, or employers.
Emotion labeling: Expanding vocabulary for feelings (e.g., ‘frustrated’, ‘anxious’, ‘excited’) to reduce miscommunication.
