Our Story

The Neuro D Tribe was born from both professional expertise and deeply personal experience.

Founded by Leah Berry and Kevin Berry, the Tribe brings together two worlds: corporate leadership and cultural change on one side, and lived experience of neurodivergence on the other.

Kevin is the founder of The Kevin Berry Collective, a management consulting business that for over 25 years has partnered with Fortune 500 companies to drive cultural transformation, leadership development, and people-centered change. His work has always drawn on behavioral science, immersive learning, and experiential approaches to create lasting impact.

Leah is an artist and behavioral support worker, as well as the proud mother of a 22-year-old autistic son. She brings creativity, compassion, and firsthand understanding of the challenges and possibilities within the neurodivergent community.

Together, Leah and Kevin realized that the powerful methods used in corporate cultural change could be reimagined to empower, educate, and uplift neurodivergent individuals, families, and communities. After moving to New York, they launched The Neuro D Tribe—a space dedicated to inclusion, learning, and transformation.

The Tribe exists to bridge worlds, challenge assumptions, and create opportunities where neurodivergent people and those who support them can thrive, grow, and belong.
